The workshop will encourage discussion and exploration of the issues surrounding IEC61508 and Functional Safety and permit specific topics to be raised and addressed by the participants. In addition, speakers providing views from various industries are being arranged, including representatives from Invensys Systems, Polimeri Europa and Snamprogetti .
