There will be speakers providing views from opposite sides of the regulatory fence, including Bruno Cahen the Ministère de l’Ecologie et du Développement Durable and Eric Fae of Ineris, who's paper will describe Implementation of IEC 61511 by the European Project ARAMIS for SEVESO Plants.
